1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Movil.dev website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on Movil.dev for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Movil.dev
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Services Description

Movil provides custom software development services including but not limited to:

• iOS App Development
• Web Development
• Backend Development
• AI Solutions Integration
• UI/UX Design Services

All services are provided on a contractual basis, and specific terms for each project will be outlined in separate service agreements.

4. User Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us or contact us for services, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account or service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement:

• All source code, designs, and materials created by Movil remain the property of Movil until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom-developed code as specified in the service agreement
• Movil retains the right to use project examples in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed
• Pre-existing Movil frameworks, libraries, or tools remain Movil's intellectual property

6. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in their service agreement. Standard terms include:

• Initial deposit required before project commencement
• Milestone payments as specified in project agreements
• Final payment due before delivery of source code and assets
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional fees and project delays

7. Project Timelines and Deliverables

Project timelines are estimates and may be subject to change based on:

• Scope changes or additional feature requests
• Delayed client feedback or approval
• Third-party service dependencies
• Unforeseen technical challenges

Movil will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any significant delays and work to minimize impact on project completion.

8. Warranty and Support

Movil provides:

• 30-day post-launch bug fix support for all completed projects
• Warranty against defects in workmanship for delivered code
• Extended support and maintenance available through separate agreements

Movil does not guarantee compatibility with future operating system updates or third-party service changes after the warranty period.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Movil or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Movil.dev, even if Movil or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

10. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Movil.dev could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Movil does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Movil may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

11. Links to Third-Party Sites

Movil.dev may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Movil. Movil has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

12. Modifications to Terms

Movil reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
